“Yes, folks at home and in the studio audience, it’s time for “Let’s Make A Deal” where America’s foremost traitors, money-launderers and political henchmen get their chance to avoid hard-time and save their families and loved ones the lifelong shame of being associated with a convicted felon rather than your run of the mill plea bargained scumbag.
If your looking for the indictment of your favorite bottom feeder, you’ll likely have to tune in for later episodes as Poitico has ruled out the big enchiladas for the moment…
“While the (CNN) report did not cite names, attorneys close to the case said they were discussing whether the indictment was for two known Mueller targets: former campaign chairman Paul Manafort or former White House national security adviser Michael Flynn.
Several attorneys who said they were in touch with the Manafort and Flynn lawyers said they had not been notified of any matter related to an indictment — which is customary in a white-collar criminal investigation — leading them to believe it wasn’t either of those two former high-ranking Trump aides. An attorney for Manafort did not respond to a request for comment. Michael Flynn’s attorney, Robert Kelner, declined to comment.”
But there are still plenty of contestants to choose from out of Politico’s “Flynn or Manafort family members, or a longtime accountant or lawyer category”…
Jeffrey Yohai

First up in this group is Jeffrey Yohai, Paul Manafort’s son-in-law and sometimes business partner, of whom Heavy.com informs us:
“In August, CNN reported, through sources, that Manafort’s son-in-law, Jeffrey Yohai, “met with Department of Justice investigators in recent months” and allegedly gave them “information and documents.”
CNN added that it was unclear whether the information provided investigators with anything of use; “Yohai has been under federal investigation for real estate deals he made with Manafort,” CNN reported, adding that Manafort’s daughter, Jessica, filed for divorce from Yohai in March 2017.
According to CNN, the investigation may be looking into financial issues involving Paul Manafort. The New York Times reported in June that federal investigators were looking into “financial transactions involving Paul Manafort and his son-in-law” involving the “financing of” real estate developments using Manafort’s money. Other investors “solicited by” Yohai included Dustin Hoffman, reported The New York Times.
The Real Deal, a Los Angeles Real Estate magazine, reported that Yohai “filed for bankruptcy protection for four of his Los Angeles properties.” The site referred to Yohai as a “spec house developer.”
Jeffrey has not been charged with a crime but the same Heavy.com article reports that...
”The New York Times reported in June that federal investigators were looking into “financial transactions involving Paul Manafort and his son-in-law” involving the “financing of” real estate developments using Manafort’s money. Other investors “solicited by” Yohai included Dustin Hoffman, reported The New York Times.”
Paul Manafort has not exactly been a co-operative witness to Mueller’s probe as the Pre-dawn FBI raid of his home attests.
Although Manafort’s daughter Jess, a Hollywood writer and director, has already taken the big walk on Jeff, the two have a daughter and Granddaddy Paul might have an interest in keeping her from visiting Papa in the big house.
Michael G. Flynn Jr.

Our next potential indictee is everyone’s least favorite idiot son not named Trump.
Michael G. Flynn Jr., who enjoys propagating loony internet conspiracy theories like “PizzaGate”, has not, like Manafort’s son-in-law Yohai, been charged with a crime. Perhaps dear old Dad, the former National Security Adviser, would like to keep it that way.
“A former business associate of Michael Flynn's said the younger Flynn had a heavy hand in the day-to-day operations of Flynn Intel Group and served as his father's chief of staff. Those responsibilities included attending meetings with his father and communicating with prospective clients, the former business associate said….
….Several legal experts with knowledge of the investigation have told NBC News they believe Mueller, following a classic prosecutorial playbook, is seeking to compel key players, including Flynn and Manafort, to tell what they know about any possible Trump campaign collusion with Russia. Mueller has brought onto his team a federal prosecutor known for convincing subjects to turn on associates. Any potential criminal liability for Michael G. Flynn could put added pressure on his father, these legal experts said.
Any time a family member is identified as a subject that does increase pressure," said Peter White, a former federal prosecutor. "In the typical parent-child relationship the last thing any parent would want is for their child to get in trouble for something they initiated."

Carter Page
Named by drumpf himself as one of his Foreign Policy Advisers during the campaign, Page must have a forgettable face as drumpf disavowed any knowledge of him after it was learned he was being investigated by the FBI.
Page appeared before the Senate intelligence committee this summer, but only wanted to discuss social media and so called Fake News.
“The Senate committee appears to have rejected Page's offer. Instead, it’s interested only in his alleged ties to Moscow. Those ties originate in part from a document compiled by former MI6 intelligence officer, Christopher Steele, which contains unverified allegations of misconduct and collusion between Donald Trump’s campaign and Russia. Among them: that Page had discussions with Igor Sechin, the CEO of Russia’s state oil behemoth, about lifting U.S. sanctions in exchange for a stake in the company (Page has denied these allegations). Not long after those allegations became public in January, the Trump campaign said that “Carter Page is an individual the president-elect does not know.”
Whether or not that’s true remains unclear, but the FBI is familiar with Page. In April, the former Trump adviser confirmed to ABC News that he was the individual identified as "Male-1" in a 2015 court document submitted in a case involving Russian spies. The case stems from an FBI investigation of three Russians identified as working for Moscow’s foreign intelligence agency, the SVR. One of them, Evgeny Buryakov, an executive at Vnesheconombank Bank, which has been under U.S. and European sanctions since 2014, pled guilty to espionage-related charges. He was subsequently sentenced to 30 months in prison, released in March 2017 and deported back to Russia. According to ABC News, the FBI court filings identified "the attempted use of Male-1 as an intelligence source for Russia," and that Page was told that the Russians would try "push contracts" his way. The FBI interviewed him in connection with the case, and he was never convicted of a crime.”
Page has certainly talked a lot, making the rounds of the talk shows, chatting with the FBI, and Senate Intelligence Committee, as well as being a target of the FISA warrant on Trump Tower. Being a part of drumpf’s possee, much of what he has said is likely untrue.
Perhaps Mueller thinks he has enough rope to threaten a hanging. Page still has some stories to tell I am sure.
So there you have it folks, my three leading candidates for today’s episode of “Let’s Make a Deal!”
I think it unlikely that today’s legal actions will reach up to tap Jared Kushner or Drumpf Jr. on their shoulders, but I know they are sentimental favorites of our home viewers, so I’ll include them in the Poll.
Happy Indictment Day!
