Samantha Bee rakes Hurrishame Harvey over the coals again….
“Bee began by reviewing Weinstein’s “all-about-mea culpa” of an initial response to the women accusing him of sexual harassment and assault, including this revelation: “I know a lot of people would like me to go into a facility, and I may well just do that—I will go anywhere I can learn more about myself.”
“Oh my god, I’m so behind on the slang,” Bee said. “Is ‘a facility’ what people call hell?”
Several Republicans have—as Bee paraphrased Donald Trump—”moved on the Weinstein scandal like a bitch for partisan gain,” self-righteously slamming Weinstein when they declined to attack conservative figures facing similar charges. For them, Bee had another reality check: “Yes, Weinstein is exactly as bad as Trump. I demand that we impeach Harvey Weinstein immediately. Call your representative in the Hollywood Congress and demand they act now.”
