James Woods had a bad day on social media, but he can’t blame anyone but himself.
The Trump loving actor apparently wasn’t pleased at the critical acclaim heaped upon “Lone Ranger” star Armie Hammer for his portrayal of a 24 year old gay man’s romance with a 17 year old American expat living in Italy in the early Oscar favorite “Call Me By Your Name”.
Replying to a tut-tut Tweet from fellow conservative Chad Felix Greene, and eager to burnish his conserva-idiot cred Woods strode confidently into infamy:
Note the not so discreet NAMBLA (North American Man/Boy Love Association) Hash Tag.
I’m fairly sure Hammer doesn’t follow Woods because it took him a few hours to reply:
That’s where the fun starts. Woods had indeed dated a 19-year-old - Ashley Madison — when he was 59.
He dated 20 year old Kristen Bauguess when he was 66.
But it gets better.
“Joan of Arcadia” star Amber Tamblyn then piped up:
