The Rand Paul question is most fascinating to me.
Trump and Kushner’s actions are explainable by their greed and amorality.
But what compelled Paul and Lindsey Graham to cross the line from Trump critics to his most fervent supporters?
I suspect the answer to that question will illuminate the reasons for the co-opting of the entire GOP into Trump’s cabal.
